What is your return policy?
We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us at care@desirebags.in with details of the product and the defect.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Paytm as well as Cash at our stores.
